Any yarn weight or brand can be used to crochet this cushion cover - when made with DK weight yarn, the cushion cover, with both pieces joined together, measures approximately 40 cm square (16 inches square). The amount of yarn used (DK weight yarn) is approximately (depends on your yarn brand) 421 grams (16 ounces) or 684 metres (747 yards); with the main colour requiring approximately 245 grams (9 ounces) or 389 metres (425 yards); and the contrast colour using approximately 176 grams (7 ounces) or 295 metres (322 yards).
